Sticker Social decals are designed for permanent (multi-year) applications. Sticker Social is not responsible for any damage that may occur as a result of improper installation or removal of our products.
Shipping
Sticker Social makes an effort to resolve any potential issues with shipping addresses prior to shipping orders. However, Sticker Social is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. If your order is returned to us as non-deliverable you will be responsible for paying to have your order shipped again to the correct address. For orders that are delivered to the wrong address (not returned to Sticker Social) the customer will be responsible for placing a new order and covering all associated costs to replace the lost order.
Die-Cut Vinyl Decals
Lifetime Warranty
Our die cut decals and banners are made using premium, high-quality vinyls from Oracal, Avery, Siser, and 3M. These are the highest quality cast vinyl films available and are made to last a lifetime. If they don't, contact us and we'll send you a free replacement.
We do not warranty replacement decals - each order is entitled to at most (1) warranty replacement for each decal purchased. This warranty only applies to material and manufacturing defects and does NOT cover damage from ice scrapers, windshield wipers, etc. nor does it cover adhesion issues caused by waxes, rain repellants, or other surface coatings.
Printed Products
Limited Warranty
Our printed products are made using premium, high-quality vinyls, inks, and laminates. They are made to last. As such, we offer a (1) year warranty that covers cracking or fading.
We do not warranty replacement products - each order is entitled to at most (1) warranty replacement for each decal purchased. This warranty only applies to material defects and does NOT cover damage from ice scrapers, windshield wipers, etc.
Printed products refers to products that have an image or design printed on vinyl. This includes, but is not limited, to stickers, banners, and liveries.
