Sticker
width will always be 8”, 12”, or 20" depending on your selection. Sticker
height will vary slightly depending on the number of characters, and the font selected. For designs with 20+ characters, we recommend the 12” or 20" size for better sticker visibility.

Shipping
Free Shipping in the USA when you spend $25 or more!
We ship using USPS First Class Package (USA)
Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday may not ship until the following Monday. Orders shipping within the US typically arrive within 2-7 business days, after processing. Some orders (particularly during the US holiday season) may take up to 14 days to arrive.
International shipping can take up to 21 days.
Sticker Social makes an effort to resolve any potential issues with shipping addresses prior to shipping orders. However, Sticker Social is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. If your order is returned to us as non-deliverable you will be responsible for paying to have your order shipped again to the correct address. For orders that are delivered to the wrong address (not returned to Sticker Social) the customer will be responsible for placing a new order and covering all associated costs to replace the lost order.
Tracking Number
All orders come with a tracking number via USPS or DHL.
Where's My Order?
If your order has not arrived within 10 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us. Before contacting us please be sure to check your mailbox and front door.
Returns
Because each order is a custom order and all sales are final, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. Please make sure your custom order is to your specifications, including spelling and capitalization before checking out. If there is an issue with your order, or your order does not match your confirmation,
contact us within 72 hours from delivery.
